In most cases infections and keloids are caused by not cleaning your piercing or handling it with dirty hands.[/toogle] [toogle title=”Can I use gold Jewelry in my new piercing?”]We do not suggest using gold jewelry in new peircings as it can interfere with the healing process, this is because it contians nickle which can cause infections. Gold jewelry is best used in fully healed piercings.[/toogle] [toogle title=”How old do I have to be to get a piercing?”]You must be over 16 and bring photographic ID (passport/driving licence). If you are under 16 you must have parental or guardian supervision.[/toogle]
