Our Gift Cards are emailed to you when purchased online, You can print them from your email, Your purchase will contain a unique number, QR code/link to your Gift Card and detailed instructions on how to use it.
Buying Sessions Our session option allows you to book an appointment over the phone using the unique serial number on your Card, Please allow 24 hours from ordering before making your appointment. (minimum session time is 1 hour)
If you are seeking a refund you will need to contact us by either calling the studio during our opening hours or by online using our contact form, making sure to quote any Gift Card numbers from your purchase.
By asking us directly for a refund, you can receive your money back with in 24 hours. Issuing a charge back from Paypal or your credit card company can take from 30 to 70 days to complete and may result in additional charges.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your Gift Card following a sucessful payment, a link to your purchase will be emailed or a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Each purchase contains a unique code for that Gift Card, You will NOT get a refund from us if a code is marked as REDEEMED on our database.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any customer without giving a reason for such refusal.
We do NOT offer refunds for digital downloads of flash sets as they are available online and easily accessible after a completed purchase.
Subject to conditions, we can and will provide transaction details to the SFO (www.sfo.gov.uk) if we find a certain transaction to be fraudulent.
We DO NOT offer refunds for tattoo’s as they are regarded as a service rendered once completed, you will be asked before treatment for placement and size to make sure you are happy with it, If you are unhappy afterwards then a surcharge will be required to rectify your mistakes. Our artists have the right to refuse any rectification if any work has been carried out by another artist. Please see our “Polite Notice” below which is also displayed in our studio.

Before the procedure of your tattoo you are asked and recommended for proper size and placement to make sure you are happy with it before it gets permanently tattooed!
If you are un-happy with it afterwards or have been recommended by a friend that it shouldn’t have been where you first wanted it, then it is not our problem and you will have to pay for it to be remedied the way your friend wanted it!
After your tattoo has been finished, you will either be given an aftercare card or have been told how to take care of it depending on where your tattoo is, usually our aftercare consists of using Vaseline or Coco-butter/Coconut oil, we DO NOT recommend using Bepanthen, Savlon, Germolene or any other ointments.
We usually recommend using common sense when cleaning and caring for your new tattoo, treat it as an open wound! Wash your hands before any aftercare, DO NOT scrub it, gently pat it dry after washing using a mild soap or just warm water etc
This procedure will usually produce a fine scab or none at all, any large crusty scabs means you are not looking after your tattoo properly!
Our artists having a combined experience of nearly 60 years usually means we are able to tell if you have been picking at any scabs which will ruin your tattoo when healed and also any bullshit you may have said to us to get us to remedy your mistakes!
